Terms and Conditions of Sale. 
Thank you for choosing Boulevard Outdoor Inspirations by D’Galleria Pte Ltd (“D’Galleria”). The terms and conditions below apply to all sales of D’Galleria’s products. 

Order Acceptance. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by D’Galleria.  An order is only accepted when there is an express acknowledgment by D’Galleria on the sales order and upon a deposit placement of 50% of the Product price. Confirmed orders shall not be modified or canceled without D’Galleria‘s express agreement. 


For an order of a Product, the Customer shall pay to D’Galleria in advance a deposit of an amount equivalent to 50% of the Product price. In the event that the Customer cancels the order, the Deposit shall be strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. 
Delivery For pre-orders, shipment and delivery schedules are advised based on the best information available at the time of order.  D’Galleria shall not be held liable for delays in shipping due to causes beyond our control or the control of our suppliers, which make it impossible or commercially unreasonable to perform including so-called “Acts of God” or “Force Majeure” events. 
For ex-stocks, D’Galleria will make all reasonable endeavors to deliver and/or assemble the ordered Product/s on the pre-arranged delivery date.  As inclement weather conditions and unexpected road incidents will impede the dispatch progress, there may be occasional delays in deliveries. When such events occur, our delivery team will attempt to contact the Customer in advance to notify of the potential delay and/or reschedule another delivery appointment. Late or non-delivery due to such causes beyond our control shall not render the contract repudiated and D’Galleria shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether directly or indirectly, arising out of delay in delivery or non-delivery howsoever caused. 
In the event that the Customer or their appointed representative is not present to receive the delivery, an additional S$50.00 will be levied for each subsequent delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate access and entry to the given address to allow delivery of the Products. Any additional cost in relation to effecting delivery of the Products into the premise, eg, manual deliveries up/down staircases, is to be borne by the Customer.  
The Customer or the appointed representative is responsible for checking the condition and quantity of all Products before accepting delivery. Should there be any discrepancies, they must be made known to D’Galleria within 3 days of the acceptance of the goods. The delivery fee levied solely covers the transportation of the Product(s) to the given address and does not include removal and disposal services.  


Return / Exchange Policy. 

Should the Customer changes mind about the purchase, a ONE TIME EXCHANGE within 14 days for an item of equivalent value is allowed, provided the product is returned unused and in a resalable condition. Delivery charges shall apply for withdrawing the product from the customer’s premise. No refund is allowed. 



The following warranty applies to all Products purchased by the Customer from D’Galleria:- 
I. Furniture - 2 years against frame construction, 1 year against synthetic wicker and vinyl strap;

II. Artificial Turf - 5 years against manufacturing defects, 1 year against workmanship;

III. Plastic Lumber Decking/Fencing - 10 years against color fade/material cracks, 2 years against workmanship;

IV. BBQ Equipment - 1 year against manufacturing defects EXCLUDING rusting of grills;\

V. Pest-Stop® - 1 year against manufacturing defects; and

VI. Water Features and other Accessories - 1 month against manufacturing defects for pumps, LED lights and electrical wiring. 

D’Galleria’s warranty only applies under conditions of normal usage and does not cover:- 
I. Defects/damages resulting from improper use, accidents or negligence; II. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stain;  III. Defects/damages on the external surfaces (i.e. leather, fabric, metal, etc.) as they are deemed to arise from usage. 
II. Defects in workmanship and materials are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or altering the appearance of the piece substantially. 

III. Leather and wood are products of nature. Each piece has unique markings and a character of its own due to variance in shade and grain patterns (texture). Natural markings such as scars, wrinkles, grain variation, etc. will be considered normal characteristics and shall not be construed as defects. 

IV. A swatch or sample cutting represents the color, texture, and feel of the material and while every attempt is made to achieve uniformity, this is not always possible and variations may occur. 

V. All treatments, cleaners or conditioners shall be tested on an inconspicuous spot on the furniture prior to usage in order to ensure that there are no adverse chemical reactions. 

VI. All display Products are sold at the state of condition seen during purchase and are not returnable or exchangeable. 

VII. All claims made against D’Galleria Pte Ltd are strictly limited to the price of the Product(s) purchased. D’Galleria shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage howsoever caused.
